AGENCY FEES

 Rental:

• Lease agreement for one year: One month’s rent + 15% of vat.
• Lease agreement for 5 or 6 months: half month’s rent + 15% of vat.
• Lease agreement between 7 to 11 months (pro rata): The rent will be divided by 12 months X number of month rented + 15% of vat.

Renewal of Lease agreement:

• RS 6,000 + 15% of vat for rental from RS 15,000 to RS 50,000.
• RS 10,000 + 15% of vat for rental from RS 51,000 up to.

Sale / Buy: house, land, business:

• RS 500,000 to RS 2, 500,000: RS 50,000 + 15% of vat = RS 57,500.
• RS 2, 500,000 to over: 2% of the sale price + 15% of vat. (Exclusivity contract with a discount)
